$HORSY (ERC20)

The $HORSY token is the core utility token powering the entire HORSY ecosystem — from betting and breeding to training and marketplace transactions. It is an ERC-20 token originally launched through @HypurrFun in November 2024, and has since bonded on the Hyperliquid spot market.

Origin & Bonding

$HORSY was fair-launched on HypurrFun, a decentralized token launchpad built on Hyperliquid. Projects on HypurrFun must reach a minimum TVL threshold in order to bond and secure their ticker for permanent listing on the Hyperliquid spot market.

Despite launching during a turbulent market and testnet phase, $HORSY reached bonding status in February 2025, after achieving a winning bid of $52,731.12. At the time of bonding:

• Supply: ~690,000 tokens

• Market Cap: ~$245,000

• Price: ~$0.36

Once bonded, trading was temporarily paused and will resume at the moment of deployment on the Hyperliquid spot market. Shortly after, the token will also go live on HyperEVM, where it will be fully integrated into the on-chain gaming infrastructure.

This system is comparable to Pump.fun → Raydium mechanics, but in this case, HypurrFun is the launchpad, and Hyperliquid spot is the equivalent of Raydium — offering native liquidity and potential access to HIP-2 rewards once trading volume and depth meet the hyperliquidity threshold.

Utility & Use Cases

$HORSY is designed as more than just a speculative asset — it serves as the backbone of the entire in-game economy. Within the HORSY ecosystem, the token is used across all core gameplay features, making it an essential part of both player progression and strategic decision-making.

Within the game, $HORSY is required for breeding new horses, with fees determined by the rarity of the parent NFTs. $HORSY is also used to train horse skills, allowing players to permanently upgrade a horse’s performance attributes — adding real, lasting value to the NFT itself.

In addition, $HORSY is the exclusive currency used in the HORSY Marketplace, where players can purchase consumable items that provide temporary boosts in races. These items offer a strategic edge and are a key part of pre-race preparation.

All $HORSY spent on breeding is sent directly to the DAO wallet, giving the community direct influence over treasury management and the future of the ecosystem. This closed-loop design ensures that the token has real utility, supports long-term value, and ties directly into player-driven governance.

Launch Date $HORSY

The official launch of $HORSY on the Hyperliquid spot market is scheduled for June 7 at 14:00 UTC / 16:00 CET. This marks the return of open trading following the bonding phase and will unlock full liquidity for players, traders, and ecosystem participants.
